Those are maybe the words that shortly describe our apartments in the best way, not just as far as accommodation concerns but also all that"s offered in the service during the time you stay in the villa.
We have three apartments on our guest"s disposal: "Istra", "Rovinj" and "More"-Sea

The apartment "Istra" is type 2+1.
This apartment is located on the ground floor in the front part of the house. Is composed by one bedroom with matrimonial bed and a sofa, connected kitchen and living room where is located a single bed and a bathroom with shower tube.

The apartment "Rovinj" is type 4+2.
It"s the biggest apartment that the Villa has and it"s located on the 2.floor.
The apartment has a big kitchen with a living room from where you can access on one of the balconies. From the living room you have an access to a bedroom trough a mini hall in which is located a bed for one person. In this hall there are located also a stairs that lead to a gallery in which is located one matrimonial bed. From the hall there is also an access to a main bedroom with a matrimonial bed and has one big balcony. The apartment has three balconies and one bathroom with shower tube.

The apartment "More" is type 4+0.
This apartment is located on the ground floor in the back part of the house near the taverna.
In front of the main entrance the guests have on their disposal a garden sitting set with a parasol. From the outside you enter directly in the kitchen that has a dining table. From there you enter to the first bedroom that has a matrimonial bed. From this room you have access to another bedroom with matrimonial bed or to a bathroom with shower tube.

If you look at our Photo galery you will see why we claim that you will feel good in a warm atmosphere of our house. Many of these areas are available for you activities, relaxing times, entertainment (sun bathing, reading…). Hang out with your friends in the taverna Relax and fell free like in your own home: you have truly a possibility to organise your vacation according to Your needs and use our areas in a way that You want.
